Eman Warraich-Gibson, MBA, LCSW, LCADC

Eman Gibson serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Integrity House, one of New Jersey’s leading behavioral health organizations offering over 20 programs statewide. Integrity House provides a comprehensive continuum of care, including therapeutic communities, certified community behavioral health clinics, harm reduction centers, street-based outreach, corrections-based treatment, and supportive housing. In her role, Eman oversees treatment outcomes, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

Beyond her leadership at Integrity House, Eman is a CARF surveyor and teaches at several universities. She is actively involved in state and national professional organizations, advocating for best practices and policy improvements in addiction treatment. In 2022, Eman co-authored the 4th edition of the ASAM Criteria for Adults, specifically the residential standards published in 2023. She has also contributed to adolescent standards, served as a field reviewer, and participated in multiple ASAM best practice publications.

Eman’s leadership extends to governance and advocacy roles: she is an at-large Board Member for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, former Treasurer of NJSAM, Vice Chair of the NJ Professional Advisory Committee for Addictions (PAC)—where she chairs the Harm Reduction Committee—and Vice Chair of the Addiction Practice Group with NJAMHAA. Through these positions, Eman influences policy and clinical standards at both state and national levels, driving improvements for individuals with behavioral health needs.
